BET Law Committee Approves $74,000 Kostas Settlement

CT GREENWICH — Greenwich BET Law Committee approves $74,000 Kostas settlement. The Law Committee's two voting members, Chair Stephen Selbst and member Leslie Tarkington, unanimously approved the settlement following an executive session discussion of the litigation and the town's Risk Fund. Attending the brief special meeting were BET members Harry Fisher and David Weisbrod, Town Attorney Barbara Schellenberg, Comptroller Joan Lynch, and Assistant Town Attorney Aamina Ahmad.
The committee also discussed modifications to budget resolutions for the FY2027 budget decision day.
