Greenwich RTM approves $1.06 million bond for North Street Bridge. The Representative Town Meeting voted January 20 to appropriate and authorize $1,061,000 in bonds for the project, with the appropriation passing 201-0-2 and the bond authorization passing 171-2-4. Alexis Voulgaris was elected
