RTM approves $1.06 million for North Street Bridge

CT GREENWICH — Greenwich RTM approves $1.06 million bond for North Street Bridge. The Representative Town Meeting voted January 20 to appropriate and authorize $1,061,000 in bonds for the project, with the appropriation passing 201-0-2 and the bond authorization passing 171-2-4. Alexis Voulgaris was elected Moderator with 192 votes and Katherine N.
LoBalbo was elected Moderator Pro Tempore with 201 votes. The RTM adjusted 2026-2027 meeting dates with amendments proposed by Budget Overview Committee Chairman James Waters, approved six appointments to municipal boards, endorsed recommendations from the Intermunicipal Airport Master Plan Task Force, and renewed a ten-year lease for Greenwich Adult Day Care Inc.'s River House facility.
