Greenwich RTM approves $689 million budget for fiscal 2026-2027

CT GREENWICH — Greenwich RTM approves $689.3 million budget for fiscal 2026-2027. Board of Estimate and Taxation Chairman David Weisbrod presented the comprehensive spending plan, which passed 170-13-1 with $522 million for the general fund and $92.2 million for capital projects. Members rejected amendments to eliminate $38.5 million for Hamill Rink improvements and $2.4 million for Greenwich High School pool replacement but approved a $100,000 reduction to Roger Sherman Baldwin Park redevelopment.

The RTM separately authorized $69.8 million in capital bonds and $1.2 million in sewer bonds, with sewerage bonding passing 186-1-0.
