Greenwich Commission on Aging adopts revised income guidelines for two programs

CT GREENWICH — Greenwich Commission on Aging adopts revised policies for two senior assistance programs. Chair Conrad Levy and Executive Director Lori Contadino presented the revised TechConnect and Share The Fare policies, which target assistance based on financial need; the policies will be reviewed in three months to assess impact. On the building front, Luigi Romano, director of the Department of Public Works, reported that AECOM's draft geothermal analysis for a boiler and heat pump system is included in the current budget request with an anticipated May approval and a targeted September 1, 2026 renovation start.

The First Selectman has ruled out the Arch Street Center as a relocation option during the project.
