CT GREENWICH — Greenwich reschedules tree removal hearing after Zoom link failure. The public hearing scheduled for August 20 regarding a 10-inch Pin Oak at 22 Sound Shore Drive in Cos Cob Park was cancelled after participants could not access the Zoom link, which contained a copying error from the PDF invitation. Dr.
Gregory Kramer, the Town's Tree Warden, has rescheduled the hearing for August 27 at 11:30 AM. The Connecticut Department of Transportation requested removal of the tree; an objection to removal was filed within the statutory 10-day appeal window.
