Agency approves two residential projects, upholds enforcement orders

CT GREENWICH — Wetlands agency approves two home projects, upholds two violation orders. The Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Agency unanimously approved residential redevelopment at 647 Lake Avenue with a planting plan of four native trees and 38 shrubs, and utility burial and stone wall restoration at 67 Richmond Hill Road with 11 replacement trees. In enforcement actions, the Agency upheld violation orders against property owners of 12 Cherry Blossom Lane for unauthorized removal of eight trees ranging from 10 to 22 inches in diameter and against 31 Meadow Lane owners for unauthorized ground disturbance adjacent to wetlands and an unauthorized fence, both issued during compliance inspections.
