Arch Street Task Force Receives Building Assessment, Moves to Bi-Weekly Meetings

FS Arch Street Task Force · Meeting of February 13, 2026

CT GREENWICH — Greenwich Arch Street Task Force moves to bi-weekly schedule ahead of RFP. The First Selectman's panel, which now includes Planning and Zoning liaison Anne Noel Jones, received a building assessment showing fair condition with major needs for window replacement, insulation improvements, and exterior work. The property is zoned R-6 residential in Flood Zone A, requiring state environmental review of any future use.

First Selectman Fred Camillo said prior RFP proposals for an adjacent parking lot may inform strategy. The task force aims to complete recommendations within a 90-day window.
