Arch Street task force plans resident survey and parking study

FS Arch Street Task Force · Meeting of March 27, 2026

CT GREENWICH — First Selectman's Arch Street Task Force evaluates future use of property and planning costs. The task force met March 27 to discuss the Arch Street property, with Kate Buch confirming the town will not fund building code upgrades; any improvements must be tenant-funded. Stacey Higdon presented skatepark relocation data; the company that built the original structures indicated they are not salvageable, with new construction estimated at approximately 55 dollars per square foot.

The task force plans an online resident survey and parking study, with a court date April 23 pending on current building occupancy.
