CT GREENWICH — Greenwich audit panel accepts Schools HR audit with 'needs improvement' rating. The Board of Estimate and Taxation Audit Committee voted 4-0 to accept the Greenwich Public Schools Human Resources Audit for January through December 2025, which identified 2 high, 2 moderate, and 3 low-severity findings across employee separations, leave coding, pay accuracy, tuition reimbursement, and HR systems. Chief Human Resources Officer Dr.
Jonathan Budd agreed with the findings and noted that the GPS HR department has already begun implementing process improvements.
