Audit Committee accepts parking audit, approves building inspection program

CT GREENWICH — Greenwich Audit Committee accepts parking audit, moves forward with building inspections. The Board of Estimate and Taxation Audit Committee unanimously accepted the Parking Services Audit Report during its February 11 meeting. Chair Matt DesChamps and Committee members Stephen Selbst, Joshua Brown, and Leslie Tarkington also authorized a new safety inspection program for four town buildings: Greenwich High School, Nathaniel Witherell, Grass Island, and New Town Hall, at a cost of $14,800 through Risk Logic, Inc.

Comptroller Joan Lynch reported that the Department of Public Works Sewer audit is progressing toward a satisfactory rating despite delays, while the GPS HR audit is scheduled to kick off February 18, 2026.
