Ethics Board presents 2025 report, recommends Safe Harbor policies

CT GREENWICH — Ethics Board recommends Safe Harbor policies for education bodies. The Board of Ethics presented its 2025 Annual Report to the Board of Selectmen on February 3, reporting three complaints examined and dismissed during the year. Following advisory opinions on Board of Education and Board of Education Team activities, the Board recommended both entities adopt Safe Harbor Policies.
The Board also recommended the town budget for financial disclosure system improvements, employee ethics training, and a special fund for investigation expenses.
