CT GREENWICH — Greenwich HR committee reviews staffing trends and defers major votes. The Board of Estimate & Taxation Human Resources Committee discussed 58 current town vacancies and reviewed Board of Education hiring data showing an 80% increase in new hires compared to prior two years.
