CT GREENWICH — Greenwich Board of Estimate and Taxation HR Committee approves Compensation Study Action Plan. The Committee unanimously approved the M&C Compensation Study Action Plan, voting 3-0 to relocate language ensuring Town Charter compliance. Chair Elliot Alchek and members Leslie Tarkington and Doug Fenton also unanimously approved the plan as amended.

The Committee reviewed favorable workers compensation claims trends and vacancy patterns now evaluated for AI and technology efficiencies, with a fuller staffing update on longstanding Nathaniel Witherell vacancies expected in July. Dr. Jonathan Budd presented Board of Education staffing and absenteeism trends for 2025-2026.
