CT GREENWICH — Board of Ethics schedules April 21 executive session on conflict concern. The Greenwich Board voted 4-0 on April 14 to hold a closed session on April 21 at 5:30 p.m. to review a resident's ethics concern involving potential improper influence by a town officer in a financial transaction under Section 4 of the Ethics Code. Chair Paul de Bary also reported that the Board of Education has requested Board members attend a meeting to discuss adoption of a Safe Harbor Policy, a recommendation from the Board's 2025 Annual Report.
The Board discussed proposing a budget allocation to the Representative Town Meeting for investigative expenses.
