CT GREENWICH — Greenwich Board declares snow emergency ahead of blizzard with 14 to 22 inches forecast. First Selectman Fred Camillo, Selectwoman Lauren Rabin, and Selectwoman Rachel Khanna voted unanimously to impose parking restrictions until further notice. Emergency Management Director Joseph Laucella briefed the board on National Weather Service blizzard warnings, while Chief of Police James Heavey noted that neighboring Stamford and Norwalk had already taken similar action, allowing residents time to clear vehicles from streets before heavy snow arrived Sunday.
