CT GREENWICH — Greenwich endorses Safe Streets traffic safety plan. The Board of Selectmen unanimously approved the federally funded initiative at its April 23 meeting, incorporating public feedback gathered at a community hearing. DPW Civil Engineer III Michael Kiselak presented recommendations including case-by-case parking studies and school outreach on bike and pedestrian safety.

The board also approved five reappointments to town boards and discussed ongoing concerns about school zone speed cameras, temporarily suspended. GPO Sgt. James O.
