CT GREENWICH — The Nathaniel Witherell Board approved prior meeting minutes and reviewed facility operations. Director of Financial Operations Kelly Nardone reported a March operating loss of $339,000 on revenues of $2.4 million against expenses of $2.7 million, with average daily census at 159 residents. Executive Director John Mastronardi reported Phase 7 of a pipe replacement project on schedule for May 21 completion, a pending hospice agreement with Waveny LifeCare Network, rehabilitation services expansion with HealthPro Heritage, and planned conversion of 10 semi-private to private rooms.
Director of Nursing John Anantharaj reported clinical improvements including falls declining from 5.74 in January to 2.10 in April.
