CT GREENWICH — Nathaniel Witherell nursing home board formally advances clinical expansion and infrastructure projects. The facility's $700,000 pipe replacement project, approved through town Regional Town Meeting, continues on schedule with Phase 6 complete and Phase 7 beginning April 6, while Executive Director John Mastronardi reported advancing negotiations on American Heart Association rehabilitation certification, hospice expansion with Waveny LifeCare Network, and clinical provider services. Deputy Director of Nursing John Anantharaj reported falls declined 50 percent from January through March and April recorded the facility's best year-to-date rehospitalization outcomes.
February revenues reached $2.12 million with year-to-date margin of $2.4 million despite a $437,000 monthly loss.
