Nathaniel Witherell Quality Committee Adds Corrective Action Follow-Up Focus
Nathaniel Witherell Board · Meeting of January 21, 2026
CT GREENWICH — Nathaniel Witherell Board's Quality Committee adds focus on corrective action follow-ups from prior surveys. Director Carissa Ronish presented on Recreational Therapy services and quality initiatives, reporting sufficient staff and equipment to serve current residents, while the committee discussed RT's capacity to expand services for Memory Care admissions. Director of IT Zachary Cesare reviewed an eight-quarter quality trend report showing generally good performance, though recent quarters showed some unfavorable results, prompting the committee to agree to focus follow-up efforts on nursing-related survey tags.
Cesare agreed to produce a report analyzing any correlation between resident acuity levels and quality outcomes.
