Sustainability Committee plans events, approves prior minutes and bus parking

CT GREENWICH — Greenwich Sustainability Committee approves prior minutes and environmental calendar. The three co-chairs — Janet Stone McGuigan, Beth Evans, and Lauren Rabin — guided planning for a "Nix Problem Plants" campaign, Conservation Coffee Hour on February 3 at Sam Bridge Nursery, and an April 18 Rethink Waste Fair at Greenwich Boys & Girls Club featuring the Earth Day Proclamation and Sustainability Awards. The committee requested initial funding from the Budget and Evaluation Task Force to begin research toward a 2029 Plan of Conservation and Development and approved temporary school bus parking at St.

Paul's on King Street through year end.
