Witherell Finance Committee approves December meeting minutes

CT GREENWICH — Nathaniel Witherell Finance Committee approves routine financial review. The committee voted 2-0 to approve prior meeting minutes and reviewed December 2025 financial statements, including census reports and profit-and-loss summaries. Director of Financial Operations Kelly Nardone reported the Accounts Receivable reserve is adequate based on current outstanding balances and collection efforts.
The committee also heard the TNW Marketing Business Plan presentation and discussed the FY27 Operating Budget and nursing payroll overtime analysis without recording formal votes on either item.
