CT GREENWICH — Nathaniel Witherell Finance Committee reviews March financials and operational analyses. The committee, chaired by Brad Radulovacki, reviewed the March 2026 financial statements, census data, and profit-and-loss reports presented by Director of Financial Operations Kelly Nardone. The Accounts Receivable Aging report as of March 31, 2026, was deemed adequate.
The committee also discussed analyses of nursing staff-to-census ratio optimization, first-floor room conversion costs and benefits, and hospice patient cost-benefit assessment.
