CT GREENWICH — Greenwich Fair Rent Commission establishes training committee, names first coordinator. The Fair Rent Commission voted unanimously to form a standing Training and Development Committee, with all seven members present backing the motion by Commissioner Blaise Punturo. The commission also formally introduced Camilo Lemos as its first Fair Rent Coordinator.
Administrator Demetria Nelson will request funding from the Budget and Finance Committee on February 24th to produce a video explaining the commission's role.
