Law Committee raises procedural concerns about Blue Line Solutions contract

Board of Estimate & Taxation Law Committee · Meeting of June 24, 2026

CT GREENWICH — Greenwich Law Committee defers Blue Line Solutions contract review, citing procedural concerns. Chair Stephen Selbst and Member Leslie Tarkington received a presentation on the committee's year-to-date Law Department budget from Town Attorney Barbara Schellenberg, reporting sufficient funds available despite pending fiscal 2026 legal invoices. The committee raised procedural concerns about the Blue Line Solutions contract, noting it should have been presented as a major contract requiring review, and questioned its financial materiality, community impact, audit rights, and fund appropriation.

A follow-up meeting with Assistant Town Attorney Lisa Waller is scheduled for Monday, June 29, 2026.
