CT GREENWICH — The Board of Estimate and Taxation Law Committee met in closed session on litigation. Committee Chair Stephen Selbst and member Leslie Tarkington, along with Town Attorney Barbara Schellenberg and Assistant Town Attorney Rosemarie Baretta, convened for a 40-minute executive session to discuss Robert Moran v. Peter Tesei, et al and Sandra Pron v.

Town of Greenwich, et al. The committee unanimously approved prior meeting minutes and continued discussion of a Blue Line Solutions contract to June 24. The committee agreed to refer proposed changes to the BET Reference Manual to the Policy and Procedures Committee.
